How do I get my files?
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page right after checkout and is also emailed to the address you used. Check spam if you don't see it within a few minutes.
What format are the guides?
PDF. You can view them on any device or print them at home. Most are designed to print clean on standard letter paper.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. But if your file is corrupted, won't open, or you got the wrong one, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it.
Can I share the files with coworkers or classmates?
Purchases are for personal use only. Please don't redistribute, resell, or post the files anywhere. If your unit or cohort wants copies, send them our way. It keeps this small business running.
Is this medical advice?
No. Everything here is an educational reference. Always follow your facility's protocols, current clinical guidelines, and your scope of practice. When in doubt, look it up in your institution's approved resources.
Will I get updates if a guide is revised?
Your download link stays available through your order confirmation. If a guide gets a significant revision, we may offer updated versions; watch our announcements.
